Text to Voice in Google Maps on the Moment?

While I think Sprint Navigation is OK, I would definitely prefer Google Maps if I can find a way to have voice directions. Am I missing something or does the Moment not support text to voice on Google Maps. If it does would you please tell me how to access that feature.

Support of voice directions in Google Maps requires Android 1.6 & above.

We will get it with the 2.1 upgrade (looking like next week), so Sprint Nav or TeleNav will have to do until then... won't be long now

The leaked version of 2.1 has google navigation(google maps with turn by turn nav) and its REEEEEEAAAAALLLLLLYYYY good!! I havent even bothered using sprint nav since Ive had 2.1 on the moment. Youll be very happy....
