texting error message 2106

Hello,
I could use some help.
I have the sprint Photon smart ph. every now & then when I text a get the following error message:
"The destination email address is not in the correct format. Please correct the format and try again. Msg 2106".

If anyone knows of a fix for this, please help. I?ve been dealing with this inconvenience for the past two months, please help!

Welcome aboard. Sorry to hear that - my question is, why haven't you contacted your service provider? They would be better in figuring out this kind of problem. Good luck. Happy Holidays.
