texting error

[Android Central Question]

I tried following the directions in previous posts to fix: "Message expired or not available" How do I fix it for Verizon, not t-Mobile? I can't get past "APN." There is no option "MMS." :

Which version of android?
Which SMS app?
Is your cell data turned on? (MMS normally does not use wifi.)

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that whenever you get MMS messages, it only says Tap to Download, and then they expire? Or are you saying that you want to try recovering an MMS message that expired?
