Now if we can just get reactions to their messages like they can do ours I'll be happy, but of course Apple doesn't play nice. They could care less about making an Android user experience being better when communicating with iOS devices.

That's what Textra is doing with their next update. We will have those capabilities. However, Google and Samsung messaging do not. So, if you want the ability you will gave to use Textra. I believe I saw were Google messages was getting the update but not sure when.

Edit- apologize for my laziness LOL A quick Google search and looking at the Play Store it appears that it does not support RCS.

Not yet, but in all honesty, that iPhone reaction fix is WAY more important to me. My college buddies and I have a group text where I am the only Android user. SEVEN "liked an image" texts for one photo coming in between 11pm and 4:30am.

Now...hi-res videos would be nice, but I really don't need read receipts.

Same here. Literally the only one without an iPhone and they are always liking or laughing a message. Which wouldn't be bad if I didn't get the notifications.

Those notifications annoy me. Prolly cuz I can't do it. Lol

Oddly enough, in my core group of 4, only 1 is a fruit. The rest of us are various Samsung.

Dex isnt what I'm referring to. Google messages has a 'use on the pc' feature. That's without having to even utilize Dex.

I used Textra years ago. I thought it does have the PC texting ability but they charge for it. One of the reasons i went away from it.
