Texts started duplicating in Outlook - Galaxy S9

[Android Central Question]

My Galaxy S9 suddenly starting forwarding my text messages to my Outlook account. I can't figure out how to turn this off. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and is still happening. This drives me crazy. I don't need messages showing up in two places...it's a horrible customer experience.
