The 12

Moving to the Rumored Devices Lounge until we get a 12 forum.

They should just announce already, since launch is supposedly in May

I'd would rather have companies announce the phone closer to the actual release date.

OH damn, :( the pics make it look bad. Starting to miss the M7 from HTC, and possibly even the thunderbolt.

I don't know, the back of the U11 is amazing. I've had Sapphire Blue and Solar Red - both stunning.

I honestly hope the edges/side of the phone aren't rounded. The 10 had a nice slight back curve, and an edge that made it nice to grip. Both the Essential and the G6 have nice straight edges. After selling the 10 and picking up the S8+, I hated gripping that curved edge... hence why I have an Essential now.

The little touches with the power button being a different colour is also nice. kudos for attention to detail if that render is the true phone

Disappointed that it's only 5.5". Took a detour from HTC after my 10 (to a GS8+) since the 11 didn't really excited me and didn't really work on Verizon. The 12+ ticks all my boxes except for size, can't see myself going back to a smaller phone.

Today, a leaked image allegedly depicting the back of an HTC U12+ retail box provides us with yet another look at the most plausible specs of the device. A Snapdragon 845 chipset paired with a whole lot of 8GB of RAM, 128GB of native storage, a 5.5-inch QHD LCD display, and a 12MP f/1.5 OIS-enabled rear camera make up some of the more intriguing hardware details of the phone, but the rest sounds promising as well. Qualcomm QuickCharge 4.0, Qi wirelesscharging, IP68 water resistance, a fingerprint scanner, BoomSound high-res audio, a dual 8MP selfie camera with OIS, and squeeze-happy Edge Sense 2 complement the specs list.

I too would enjoy those little things that end up meaning so much on a phone. Reminds me of the orange power button on the Pixel 2 XL (Panda Version).

Is it confirmed to be the newer 2:1 aspect ratio? If so it might be a much more manageable size than some other flagships.
