The alarm sounds on my phone have disappeared.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. I wanted to select a sound for an alarm. However, all of the factory installed alarms sounds are missing. All!

How can I recover the factory installed alarm sounds?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using a 3rd party file manager to pick the sounds? Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences. Now go to select an Alarm tone -- does it now ask you to pick an app to complete the action?

Try reset the alarm clock app by long pressing, tap info and scroll to storage clear data, cache and force stop.

Tried it and there are still not alarm tones/sounds. It is like they have deleted from my device.

Check in settings >sounds > any list there for ring tones?

I checked and there are alarm alert sounds.

Later I checked Clock and my alarm sounds were visible in the app. Any idea as to why they are now displaying?

If you followed the instructions then they have come back because you reset the apps.
