The Back arrow or Tab feature at the top left of the screen unresponsive. What can I do?

The " Back arrow" or " Tab feature" at the top left of the screen unresponsive.

Got the Droid mini from Vz 13 days back and like it so far. However now and then the Back arrow or Tab feature that will appear on the top left goes unresponsive frequently and when rebooted it works fine but only for a few hours and then it would go back .

This is annoying. For example, I have two gmail accounts and when this becomes responsive I cannot toggle between them back and forth.

I tried rotating the screen and no matter what orientation it is , I have the same problem.

Does not look like a screen issue and may be a software issue. Anyone had similar problems

Hi, welcome to the forums! Do you have the Facebook Messenger app installed in your phone? If so, disable it temporarily and see if the problem persists. There are several reports about this same issue and disabling or uninstalling the app fixed the problem for most people. Tell us how it goes.
