The back button on my Galaxy S5 doesn't work. How can I fix this?

The back button on my Galaxy S5 doesn't work.

This is the "soft" button (return arrow) on the lower right, beside the home button. Does it need to be enabled somehow?

Hello. I'm having the same problem. It just started today. My phone worked fine up until now. The back key still lights up but it doesnt do anything anymore. I've already restarted and it hasn't helped. Any advice? Thanks!
