Currently on my 3rd hor of holds after receiving that infamous text. Has anyone been successful yet?

I didn't have a single problem with them at all. Everything was perfect and in and out in 10 minutes. Hope you got it all corrected and recieved your phone.

My BB experience was horrible - will never buy from them again.

I spent 3 hours in the store yesterday and never got my phone. They botched my original pre-order. Every aspect of the process has been horrible - from chat windows to phone calls to in-store meetings.

Interesting. I always had great experiences with BB and new phones. Always pre-order and always get in and out in about 5 to 10 minutes and no issues ever.

We did my Wife's pre-order at our local BB and picked up her phone yesterday with no issues.
I would imagine that it can depend on your local BB and if you did the pre-order in person where the process is interactive or online where you are solely reliant on the system getting everything correct. (either way there are plenty of variables that can affect the experience)

Cheers,
BR

Me and my girlfriend pre ordered through BB and I got the email on thursday night that our phones where ready for pick up. We went in friday at 8pm and was out at 8:30 with both phones active. I've always had a good experience at my local bestbuy

My black N10+ 512 Verizon was in stock. Last year was not so lucky with the N9 512 and got an unlocked instead. Even that took over a week to be in stock.

I am curious, For the folks having issues:
-Did you order online or In Person/Store?
-What kind of area is your local BB (Urban with Large population or smaller/rural/urban edge w/smaller population)

We ordered in person and our BB is Urban/Edge w/smaller population.
**Answer if you like or don't either is cool**

Cheers,
BR

I think if everything goes right, BB is fine. But, given the slightest little hiccup, everything goes south. Just trying to call today was virtually impossible. It took over 10 phone calls, and most went directly into their "one question survey". Nobody answers in the local store - the person answering is in a remote location, and they transfer the call to the local store. Problem is, nobody answers in the local store, and the call goes directly into the "survey".

I ordered from the manager, in person at a store in a large urban area (Seattle Metro) and my order status still says "in progress".

I got my Note 10 plus yesterday from Best Buy and man this thing is sweet. But I will say, the extra savings was not worth the hassle that Best Buy sent us through with this pre-order. My last two pre-orders were also a mess with that company and I will never do business with them again on a pre-order after this.

I had my order in on the 18th with a pickup on the 23rd. On Thursday me and many others online got text messages from BB saying an issue with our mobile order came up and we had to call them. When we tried to call them, there were hours of hold time wait. I tried 3 times to call in Thursday to have never gotten through after waiting 3 hours, and another 2 hours at the end of day for them to disconnect me because all the reps went home. So I called at 7am Friday, 11 minute wait, then got transferred to back office, and then had a 2 hour wait. Come to find out Best Buy and AT&T and Verizon all had issues with submitting the IMEI numbers and the carriers couldn't accept them for some reason. So BB back office once they picked up, called AT&T with me (or they wouldn't do anything with your order and you wouldn't have gotten your phone till its done), and had AT&T input the imei # BB tells them into their system so BB could get it activated on their system to make pickup available. After all that was done, within 2 hours, I was able to pick it up at BB by noon.

Every year BB has issues, and I am really surprised they have not gotten a solid way of handling this yet.

The battery on my Note 10 plus so far has been awesome. Way better than any device I have ever owned. The screen is brilliant, the camera takes awesome pictures, and its a very light phone for it's size. I will have to report later once I use it more though. But I will say the in screen FPS sensor works a lot better than it did on my s10 plus.

No issues with my Best Buy experience. Pre-ordered two Aura Glow Note 10+'s on August 11th. Received a notification and email early in the morning on the 23rd. Walked into the store around 2:30 that afternoon. Immediately was given the phones, did my trade in's and walked out with functioning phones in under 30 minutes.

Same here, my status hasn't changed from "in progress" it was supposed to be available at BB on Friday the 23rd , then it got moved to next Friday the 30th , now it's September something!!!
At first I was thinking Samsung just didn't produce enough 10+ notes in white, but I'm starting to see others in different colors that are getting their pick up dates moved back.

I think the northwest coast, best coast, has this type of issue. my preorder for the Note 8 was a lovely little nightmare and no one knew anything. I'm in Pierce Co near Eatonville.

Just got an email with the subject line. Your Samsung - Galaxy Note 10+ 256GB... I was all excited and open the email and it is am email containing accessories I might enjoy along with my Note 10+. Damn them, LOL. I got excited for a second thinking it was ready early.
