The black border of my lens is scrached what should I do?

My phone lens have picked up scraches around the black border, but nothing in the middle. Should I be worried?

If you don't already have a case for your phone you may want to consider getting one, so that we don't have to read a post that begins "there are scratches on my phone lens that show up in my pictures"...
