Ok, silly Title, but it got you looking....
I've notice when I put a Case on my Nexus One the touch screen becomes much less responsive. Some times I have to press harder (which brings more surface area into contact by compressing your finger), -OR- I have to press longer.
I can solve this if i use another finger to touch a region on the N1 shell that peeks out from the case.
After using the case for a while I was amazed how much more responsive the N1 was to touchscreen input when I took it off.
I wonder if the touchscreen technology requires a conductive return path (ground run) on this phone.
My case is an Otter box, and of course they disavow any knowledge of this.
