The cell entry for the cable is burning smell when I try to load.
Not charge.
Cell Phone works with the battery remaining.

What can i do? what's happened? Which piece can i buy to replace? Can i do it by myself?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried a different cable and wall charging plug? If that doesn't work either, then the microUSB port was probably damaged. I'd bring it to a qualified repair shop.
