The flashing logo on the p505

I KNOW THIS SUBJECT HAS BEEN GONE OVER ALREADY BUUUUTTTT!!!

Can someone please explain what is happening when the LG p505 is stuck in the flashing logo mode? and how to fix it since i cannot put it in recovery mode, or download mode, i only have the EMERGENCY mode.......ive tried the lg tools, it gos through the motions but makes no change.it still flashes after the reboot~~~~~~~~soooo if any body has the time to do this i would be so very .apk http://cdn-forums.androidcentral.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Did you read FASTBOOT FIX thread?
Aside from that its to ADB commands.
