The search bar located top of the home screen with the microphone icon. Has anyone ever had issues with this thing not working? For the last couple days every time I typed in something to search the searching circular icon appears and that is all. Up until last week I could tap the microphone icon and do a voice search or to view weather I would just say weather. Not anymore. The circular search icon just appears and spins producing zero results. I can hit my Chrome button and search the web this way. So I am connected to data. Anyone else had this issue?

This may sound stupid, but have you tried rebooting the phone?

That doesn't sound stupid at all. I have rebooted the phone and it temporarily fixes the issue. But this is the second time this has happened. When I call T-Mobile, we go through the whole troubleshooting thing and its virtually impossible to recreation the problem. So in the end, T-Mobile can't help. They say it may be a phone issue.

Sounds like a network issue to me. Instead of a reboot, try toggling air plane mode.

Would there be an airplane mode icon on the top of the screen to show its in that mode?
