"The HTC Battery charge icon is replaced by ClockworkMod."
This was a question I was wondering about with my HTC Inspire 4G. Then I remember seeing something in my rooted HTC about fast boot in my Clockworkmod bootup screen. I then powered on my HTC and went into settings -> Power -> and checked Fast Boot again. My battery Icon is back on when I charge the phone powered off by regular charger and by USB charging. If you would like to get the Clockworkmod screen back, just simply uncheck the fast boot option. I hope this helps somebody.
