Ok I just got it for some reason... one question- it says here that movies will be blocked for rooted phones, but it's been a while since then, so is it safe to rent?

I got it a few days back but had to do a factory reset and lost it, but I got it back yesterday YAY! I really like it.

I got it a few days ago. I had it installed manually, but when I saw that some people were receiving it, i uninstalled the update just to see and sure enough, when it updated itself it was the new market.

Was sitting in class and just got it. Is cool. Only problem is I'm using firefly with a custom theme and the new update is not themed. Oh yeah, rooted so no movies either.

Eh, I got it a couple days ago. Don't like it. Much prefer the original market (Not the one that was there before this one, the actual Original).

I got it yesterday. Only problem I am having is that in the market when I click on "my apps" it only says I have 6 ( I have closer to 30 on my phone). And then its telling me there is an update for my one app it does show, but when I click on it, there is no update button, only "open" and "uninstall". Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes. I can't click the "Update n" button on the top (where n=number of apps with updates.) It's a real paing - haven't updates anything since...

This is related to the way Google wants to handle application backups, and how Samsung implements it. The idea is supposed to be, that the market remembers all your apps, and when you link a phone, it syncs the apps for you. This has never worked correctly on our phones, unless you loaded Cyanogen on it, and even then, it doesn't get it ALL right. Pretty sure this is a Samsung bug, as the Market was supposed to be doing that before the upgrade too, it just didn't rub your nose in the fact it was not working. You can safely ignore it, as it has been broken all this time anyway .

Clear your market data, and see if it clears up. MENU-APPLICATIONS-MANAGE APPLICATIONS-MARKET-CLEAR DATA. It will still have those other apps listed, but you should be able to upgrade things properly.

I like the new market. When I search for something it pulls up results for Apps games books and movies. When I click Apps it says 200 results but can only see about 20 of them. How do I see the rest?
