The lock screen on my Galaxy S9plus is black.

[Android Central Question]

I just noticed that the lock screen on my phone is black. The wallpaper I had is no longer showing up. The clock shows but thats it. I went into wallpapers settings and it shows there, I don't know how to fix this. When I restart my phone it goes to the home sreen,the wallpaper there is showing, and says "phone starting" which it has never said before. Does anyone know how to fix this? Everything else is working fine.
