Is night mode! That's about it. When porting the camera over...the quality imho is still not as good as the note stock camera.

Daytime HDR+ enhanced is phenomenal with Google camera.. that and night sight.
360 photosphere is cool also.

But Gcam has no manual/pro mode like the Note 9.

Disagree. It's on par if not better in details and dynamic range. Low light shots are better because that stupid delay isn't there, and it's not even a contest with the front facing camera.

Not sure how you are comparing but the Note 9 stock can't even come close to the ported gcam enhanced hdr+ dynamic range.
