Android Central Question

I cannot pinpoint what exact model my phone is. All I know it is an LG android touchscreen phone. The functions that have stopped working is my camera, youtube, the top bar that slides down, calls, and extreme lagging on the lock screen. My camera app only opens I can't physically take a picture and the screen is black. YouTube only works until I tap on a video, and then it will crash. the top bar not only doesn't slide down, but it is not there at all! I can make calls, with a HUGE lag, but I can't receive calls because the screen won't even pop up. The lock screen has a long lag but that liveable. What is the problem and how can I fix this without buying a new phone? this has been going on for about 2 weeks.

Welcome to Android Central. Which LG phone is it? Please let us know, since certain models of LG, particularly the G4, have been prone to bootloop issues.

@Laura Knotek (sorry I don't know how to reply and I thought to make an account would help...it didn't) Again I would love to identify the phone but all it says is LG, Android and it also shows my provider Cricket labeled.

All functions on android stopped working. How do I fix this?

I am reposting a question I made without an account because I couldn't reply so I am hoping with an account I can reply to answers. I cannot pinpoint what exact model my phone is. All I know it is an LG android touchscreen phone. The functions that have stopped working is my camera, youtube, the top bar that slides down, calls, and extreme lagging on the lock screen, also another weird thing I forgot to mention was that it still works on 0%.

^ Welcome as a new member. I've merged your threads to keep everything together.

Try Settings > About Phone for the model number. It would help if we knew that.

I think a lot of it is due to the fact that it's an over 4 year old phone that wasn't a tier one phone to begin with, and the battery is probably about gone. Replacing it with a better, newer phone wouldn't cost $100, but replacing it with a good phone wouldn't cost more than $250.
