Now I didn't really no where to post this so if it's in the wrong section, please feel free to move it. This is also my first post here lol.

Moto released the Droid in 09, the Droid 2 in 2010, and I have a feeling that we will be seeing a Droid 3 in 2011. Spec wise, what do you guys hope to see on the Droid 3? I'm hoping that Moto goes all out on the Droid 3. I want it to actually be a worthy upgrade from the past Droids. IMO the Droid 2 was not a true upgrade. I've always felt that an overclocked Droid 1 running stock android is better than a Droid 2 with motoblur. Just my opinion. But anyways, what features/specs do you guys hope to see on the Droid 3?

Dual-core processor, global capability and LTE.

And staying with the slider qwerty form factor, of course.

Does Moto have exclusivity with the Droid? What if Droid 3 is an HTC G2 clone? The Droid Eris was HTC.

I think the Droid is Motorola. But I would like to see the atrix with a keyboard maybe global though the battery will have to shrink

I would love for it to be running stock Android. Probably won't happen but I can still dream lol.

must haves:

8+ MP camera
720p HD camera
dual core proc 1GHz+
1GB RAM

nice to haves:

Stock Android
fingerprint security
qwerty keyboard

yeah if the Atrix came to Verizon, I'd probably get it. I would learn to live without a physical keyboard (I have the original Droid). :)

Unlocked bootloader, pure stock android, HDMI, (I like the screen for this phone, if I want to go bigger I would get a different phone), 1 GB internal memory, expandable 32 GB external, and whatever the fastest processor that is out at the time it comes out.

4 in HD screen (at least 720)
A good keyboard (not anything like the current clunky keyboard now)
Dual core processor (Tegra 2)
1 GB of ram
16 GB internal memory (rom)
SD expansion that supports at least 32 GB+
Android 2.3+
Front facing camera
LTE and World radios
HDMI

+1 Kent, you pretty much killed it.
I would add
-1600 mAh (or greater) battery
- dual LED rear-facing camera w/ improved camera software
- DLNA support
- mobile hotspot capability for up to 8 devices
- NFC chip
and most importantly
- unlocked bootloader AND
- the ability to remove VZW bloatware
