The new Pixel 5 official google case

First, I'm loving this phone. Coming from Pixel 3XL.

This phone has felt that a wee bit small to me . . . Until the new official Google fabric case arrived today. It is absolutely perfect in making the phone feel just a little bit bigger while not adding weight. Really takes an A- phone to an A for me very quickly.

well, that's very good to hear! I myself am thinking of getting a very thin clear case for it. Can't wait for it to to come to me very very soon!!

The new fabric cases are the best yet, in my opinion. I really like the look and feel of the Pixel 5 fabric case.

I'm not sure how the new ones can get yucky, the darker color isn't gonna show dirt easily

Yeah, I mean, I know... I hear ya! I heard from an actual Verizon Wireless store sales rep that his Pixel fabric case got disgusting looking and feeling after it wore out over time unfortunately. I would love to get one, but still... I am going to continue looking at them on the Google stores but yeah, they're not cheap either, unfortunately...

The lighter gray model....yes. But the darker colors don't show dirt & grime as much.

Haha yuppers that's for sure. I think I'll just wind up buying a super thin clear case for the phone, that's all.

That's great to hear! Those Google fabric cases are really sweet. I remember considering one when I had my Pixel 2.

I had them on my 3xl. Replaced first one after 8 months and the second one last me almost 12 months. I just used a clorox wipe to clean it periodically. Never got nasty.

I just got a charcoal one. There are 4 different colors on the official google store. I ordered mine on Amazon, though. Not sure who told you there was only one color.

They are sharp looking cases for sure.... they just don't offer quite the all around protection I normally like in a case. But then again I'm running an OtterBox Defender right now lol.

Yeah, that's true. That's the other issue with them unfortunately...

You are correct. I had a total brain cramp when I typed that, there were other color options when I ordered. I don't know what I was thinking....sorry about the misinformation on my part
