the occasional lag when returning phone from standby...

I notice sometimes when I turn my phone on sometimes..it occasionally lags...just the first 3-4 seconds when turning it on from standby..such as swiping the pattern..to scrolling the screen after its been unlocked.....I already killed and deleted all unnecessary apps..no att bloatware...anyone else notice this?

What about apps/widgets on the homes screen? Do you have many? Often times this may lead to lag and can be best managed by keeping things simple on the home screens.
