The option for fingerprint sensor are not appearing on my huawei y6 any ideas anyone?

Has anyone else had this problem it's the 2019 version

Settings > Security in the Device Security section? After a restart? Have you tried safe mode?

Safe Mode

• Power off the device.
• Power it back on.
• When you see the Huawei animation on the screen press and hold volume down button.
• You can see safe mode at the bottom left corner once the device finishes booting.

To exit safe mode, just restart normally.
