The phone with the best screen to date is the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium or there are better? The premium is 4k has over 800 pixel density.

The official crown lies with the Note 7 for Android phones and iPhone 7 Plus overall. That's with the official tests. If you're looking for highest pixel density or resolution, then there might be others, like the Z5 you mention. BUT that only goes to show that when it comes to testing performance, just like with cameras, resolution isn't everything.

Having a 4K screen doesn't make it the best. Most of the time you are viewing content in 1080p (desktop, icons, browsing, using apps, etc.) unless you are viewing content you've recorded in 4K on the device, downloaded, or streaming from sources providing 4K content. As of the release of the device (almost a year ago) the number of 4K content was limited. Although it's growing, it's still early days for mobile content on mobile devices. Also, keep in mind that when viewing 4K, you will see faster battery drain. Something to consider. For VR, 4K is great, but not something every consumer is itching to get.

I haven't heard of any others. It's a remarkable technical advance, but such very high pixel density would surely only be worthwhile for Virtual Reality.
