The Pixel 9 might not get any worthwhile upgrades from the Tensor G4 chip

Given Google pixel's poor history of mediocrity in lackluster phones having all kinds of issues beginning in 2021 with the pixel 6 and pixel 6 pro powered by their first tensor chip, it's not surprising that Google's pixel 9 and 9 pro powered by their in-house custom tensor G4 chip wont be much of an upgrade and fall even further behind Qualcomm's upcoming 8 gen 4. While Google continues to address AI in their pixel phones as being more important than Qualcomm's much higher benchmarks, the fact is Qualcomm is also very much into AI themselves and is probably more advanced Google's tensor chips which is why I'm sticking with Qualcomm as well as keeping my pixel 5 which was Google's last Qualcomm powered phone and still performs good with no issues despite using the dated Qualcomm's 765G chip.
