Their Web page always said in Stock but actually they are in backordered. Ordered mine on 0327 and still waiting.

I ordered the Siver /gold developer model yesterday and it shipped out same day. I have tracking numbers and it's on it's way.

Happy for you but totally not happy with Htc now, I will cancel my order if they don't ship mine by next Tuesday as they promised .

i really dont understand how this phone hasnt shipped out by now. Did htc really get that many preorders for the one m9 that its backordered? something fishy is going on here if you ask me. Ordered 8 days ago and still nothing at all other than hearing excuses from different reps.

I ordered from the US website as well. Just checked their website and no update.

This is from their site when I login to check my order status:

"Orders for the HTC One M9 will begin shipping on Monday 3/30, and should ship by Friday 4/3 at the latest. Any changes to this will be communicated directly to you from HTC.

So maybe it did ship, since I placed the order Thursday afternoon. However, Friday morning I got an email saying it was back ordered.
