I also loved these headphones but after my first pair broke and Sony refused to fix them (or it was AS much to buy a new pair) I deliberated and then bought another pair, which I treated with absolute kid gloves only to find they also broke - this time within 4mnths and again Sony said there was water damage and warranty was voided!! I never exercised in this new set, there was no water anywhere near them - ever!!!(admittedly couldn't say that for 1st pair so I wore the cost and I'd had them for a couple of years / not so the 2nd pair!! So now I have spent $900 and no headphones - subsequent Google research shows very common issue with these headphones so yes great whilst they work but very poorly made for price point!!!
