Let the best spec win...even if it should be the best optimization

iPhones, for instance, do great things with 'lesser' specs, especially in the camera department. Samsung goes all out on hardware and while at least my current experience on the Note 5 is that it's really speedy and snappy, past incarnations do show that Sammy has trouble optimizing things in performance.
