The unlocking of the screen P8 does not always work

The unlocking of the screen P8 does not always work . Sometimes I have to slide my finger more than once to access the phone . Anyone else feel the same difficulty ? Are there any suggestions ? thanks

I had this problem too before I noticed that there is a rather stiff plastic protection sheet over the display that makes response a lot worse. Look at the speaker, if there is an oval cutout around the sensor, the speaker and the camera you have to remove the sheet.

In the setting you can disable the lockscreen and only use the security screen if the unlocking feels troublesome.

Thanks for you reply. I change the lock screen style to "before the dawn". It's not perfect but it works better.

You can also go to Themes and scroll to the far right and select Customize at rhe bottom and then select Lock screen and as effect select "none". That made it better for me.
