The USSD is not working since I upgrade my Galaxy Samsung phone (S7) to androide software 7

When I dial *129*3# to inquire about my balance, USSD starts running without answer then finally the message " connection problem or invalid MMI " is shown, I used to that successfully before the upgrade, please help
