Does that mean you can go swimming in it? Just in a swimming pool or the sea.. Obviously no diving but will it take that?

I don't see any water resistant rating on the photos. You need to get the official rating on it to ser what you can do.

Some articles are stating it's IP67 rated - so up to 1M for 30 minutes, that should be enough for swimming... (maybe!)
