It made my notification menu not show up...

it did the same to me what rom are you using i think its cause i used the files from the gingerbread update file im gonna try it with gROM and optirom files and see if it works

i dont understand why it removed the notification bar but the volume slider and all the other colors were added

Hmm... I simply replace the PNGs in JSNTP's retouched theme, It worked just fine... maybe try that?
