[Theme][Widget] Blue Text Transparent Genie (News\Weather) Widget

I didn't see any mods on the Genie News and Weather widget to have a transparent background and ICS Blue text (#33b5e5). So I made it:

It's using the latest version 1.3.04 PROD, copied from Android 4.0.4. Just download the attached .zip file and install in Clockwork Mod Recovery.

Now if I could only make my homescreen icon text labels change to blue
