After downloading a theme does anybody else keep getting banners popping up saying it's safe to open. The banner keeps appearing at the top I have to restart my phone to get it to stop does it happen to anyone else

I've installed a theme (I have a dream ), and I have not gotten that message.

Ugh idk why after every them it keeps telling me with a banner at the top it safe to open so annoying

I get something similar from Lookout. After I download lookout scans every file individually (Icons, wallpaper, font, etc) and it will keep scrolling along the top as it scans them all. Don't know if that's what you're experiencing.

Yea! That is it.. Does it eventually stop.. Lol
