there are no sounds unless through earphones. samsung galaxy A3 SM-A300FU

Phone hasnt been dropped or damaged just out of the blue no sounds ata all unless earphones connected. I have tried factory reset, rebooting, deleting various apps and also cache clearing but to no avail. Hope you can help resolve this as its very frustrating. thanks.

That may need repairer attention. A switch or contact in the jack may have got stuck.
