"There are no updates available for your phone."

Update just showed up as available on my phone. 109.4 mb over 3g. This will take a while...

Great, my last name is starts with a W! I cant win........

I don't think it goes by last name. Just be patient and check back here for people who have stated the update worked for them and then try again.

I just started downloading mine. The speculation was they were waiting until 8 CST for SPRINTS CS to be fully staffed. FYI - its 109.4 mb - oh and my last name starts with 'A' :)

I don't think it goes by last name. It might go by what area you live in, (ie west coast, midwest, southwest, northeast, etc. If if is like the past, I won't get mine till a lot later. Usually, Northeast doesn't get updates right away.

Turn your phone off then back on again, and also make sure you are using the HTC update, not the firmware

So based on a couple threads in this section it's going live. Rather than everyone posting whether or not they can/have/want to download, can we focus on those who have it installed and what they find as far as bugs, hidden additions/fixes etc???

Midwest? i didnt know Sprint had any coverage left up there after they loast their roaming deal with Alltel.

just a joke.

If it keeps telling you that no updates are available, turn off your WiFi then do the manual search again and it should say an update is available. If you want to update via WiFi choose that option and it will start the download in a paused state. Turn your WiFi back on and it will start downloading. This worked for me anyway.

So does mine. When I first checked, it showed an update available, but I had wifi turned off. I backed out of it, turned on wifi, and then went to the update and it said my phone were no updates available. I powered my phone off and back on and it's downloading right now. Try it, can't hurt.

My experience with it is one person tried it and bricked her phone in the process...lol No clue what went wrong yet, but our engineers are hovering over it like they're doing brain surgery.
