There must be someway to be able to get Adobe Flash working on the Optimus. I can't believe there is no way around it. Is there anything possible to be able to visit flash websites? Use flash apps? Play flash games?

Unfortunately the browser didn't accomplish what I wanted it too. Regardless it's still a good app, I'll keep it in mind if I ever need it for its features, but I think the Opera browser has the same exact features, correct?.. A plus though: because I downloaded that app, it says I get the video license free for life on my device as a thank you gift for being an early user of the product, hopefully it means I still get it for free if I uninstall and then reinstall at a later time, which I asked over at their forums.

I should have done some research before stopping at the T-Mobile start to buy a phone the day I was released from jail, it would have saved me some of the hassles I'm running into of the things I cannot do with the Optimus. But even if I did do some research, T-Mobile doesn't have much of an Android selection to begin with. Should of stuck with my BlackBerry till they had something good come out. I wanted something similar to the Droids nice big screen. Or I could have bought a phone from a 3rd party carrier and just unlock it, if thats possible?

I know the specs in the Optimus aren't enough for Adobe's Flash, but I'm sure it could still be worked around and work up to good performance. Could I expect Flash coming out for the Optimus sometime? Or is it a definite never?

Edit:
Flash games not sure, but did you try the skyfire browser? It's free in apps market.

Although I do appreciate your input about the app, but after reading a but on their website it came to me on why you even recommended downloading this app to me. My topic and post clearly stated the function of Adobe Flash for the Optimus T.

After quick read through Skyfire's FAQ, I came across this:

Question: Do you support Flash Games and Applications?

Answer: No.
Our focus is on enabling video playback.
Currently we have no plans to enable Flash games and applications.

Don't you think its kind of silly to recommend an app to me that will not help me one bit at all or even has any functioning of Adobe's Flash?

I'm not bashing, but I do want to let you know to do some research before trying to help someone when they ask for support. It's better not to pitch in at all if you don't know the subject.

It is a definite never.

The MSM7xxx chipset is ARMv6 (old design) and Adobe is only building Flash for ARMv7 and newer. It is the same story with Firefox, although there's at least a tiny possibility there of an ARMv6 build, although it's unlikely.
