Android Central Question

I noticed a few days ago. there is a short delay when I start to scroll. like the screen didn't respond to my finger and I saw that I just dragging my finger on the screen without anything happening. Only after a sec the screen suddenly responded and start scrolling. This even weirder as this only happens with apps especially Instagram and Google play.

I tried a few things without success:
I tried to turn on the screen sensitivity, reboot the phone, clean the cache from a lot of apps.

I also don't think this is from the screen protector because this problem doesn't happen when I using the setting menu or on the home page.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen with certain apps? If so, which apps?

Did you install a new app lately? Maybe try uninstalling apps one by one see if the issue disappears.

Thats what safe mode does , eliminate 3rd party apps all at once , if it doesnt then can Uninstall apps one by one

would you mind sharing the model device number and the software version?

you didn't drop your phone or expose to any moisture recently? (in a pool, ocean, rain, dense water vapor etc.)
if you're in US, you could take it to UBreakIFix and have the display diagnosed to see if the hardware is okay
