I just ordered a brand new ATT version off a reputable seller on ebay for $385. Seems like a steal!

I'm really excited to get this phone, coming from an iPhone 6 Plus. I know a lot of people have been complaining about lag and overheating. I really hope this isn't the case with the 3GB ram version (Most of the issues I'm seeing are happening with the 2GB ram version).

Anyway, just wanted to give people a heads up that ebay is a good place to scope out if you're looking for a deal. I was bidding on the phone since buy it now prices are still a little high. :-*

Cool! You got an awesome deal for this phone. I have had my AT&T version for about a month, and I love it! Just an FYI, I did disable bloatware and have installed a 3rd party launcher. Also, I'm not sure this is entirely necessary, but I also did a factory reset right after initial setup. I think I read it on XDA, or maybe it was on Reddit, that doing that helps with lag.

How do you remove bloatware? Is it simply just going app to app and uninstalling?

If they aren't uninstallable, you can usually just go into each app, via the app manager, and choose the "Disable" option.
