Im trying to update my S3 to the MF1 modem from this thread from XDA so that I can install CM10.1.2. Its currently on the LK3 modem. I figured I would wipe the device since Im now using my HTC One. For some reason it would not wipe all the folders out, somethings that I had installed were still there. So I booted in CWM and tried that, same deal. Booted back into CWM and went through wiping each cache. Then rebooted, no it gets hung on the screen with the blue little CM guy at the bottom.

I imagine I can just load the latest CM on an SD card and flash that but Im was not able to flash the MF1 zip when I started this whole thing. I downloaded it to the root and it would not show up in CWM to flash.

Any ideas?

Flashing the radio is the most dangerous thing you can do to your phone. Did you make sure 100% positive that you used the correct radio file for your version galaxy s3?

I never flashed the radio. Once I was in recovery mode and went to try the zip never showed up to flash.

EDIT - I went and downloaded the latest stable build of CM10, GAPPS and the modem zip onto a SD card. Went and booted into recovery and flashed the CM zip then the GAPPS zip and rebooted. Then booted into recovery and flashed the modem zip. Looks good so far.
