Thinking of switching from my nexus 4 to the moto x.

Is anyone else debating this? I love the nexus 4 but in comparison to the amoled display plus the 10 megapixel camera, the moto x is very tempting. Only draw back I see is the bloatware a not getting updates like I'm used to. Thoughts and opinions please!

I'm about 90% sure of making a purchase tomorrow coming from the nexus. LTE, active notifications, battery, touchless and most of all how it feels in hour hands. Not near the bloatware as other droids. With the stock android I'd imagine updates will be extremely timely for this phone also.

I would wait for the new Nexus. That said, I played with a Moto X, and the bloatware was minimal and it was lag free. I've heard mixed reviews on the camera. I thought it was pretty good, but not amazing. It really depends on how bad you need LTE.

Unless you are in need of LTE, and are willing to pay the dif btwn selling your N4 and buying the X, (probably over $300) i wouldn't. The camera is nothing to write home about. Unless you feel you might break your N4 which basically eliminates all your resale value, in which case, sell and get the X.

I am going to wait and see what the next nexus has to offer. If it is made my Motorola and has a similar form factor to the X then I will get the new nexus. If it follows the LG G2 and sports a 5" display I will be buying the moto X. It is probably only 2 months away, so I would personally wait.

I am very interested in the moto X though. It was faster than my n4 in the few mintues I played with it, and having LTE is a huge plus since I live in an area with great coverage.
