Thinking of upgrading to S3 from S2

Looks like my S2 is failing so I'm thinking of getting an S3 Classic. Trying to Google details about it and getting conflicting results. Sizewise I'm getting that it's 46mm and 1.3" but these aren't equivalent so I'm confused. As a female although reasonably big-boned I'm a bit concerned it's going to look huge.

Do all models of the S3 Classic allow for making and taking calls as long as you have your phone on you? And can anyone confirm that Samsung Pay works on the S3 in the UK as that was a real annoyance that I bought the S2 when Samsung were stating that it would get Samsung Pay and it never arrived.

Any thoughts on other watches I might look at. Would be buying secondhand, Ebay or the like.

Think about what you want the watch to do first. Looking back I probably would have not gotten the LTE version. It has a high "wow" factor but I really don't use it fully. Mainly because I take my phone everywhere anyway. The few times I dont aren't worth the effort. Having said that there are several, less expensive, BT watches out there that do the same things and hold a charge longer. Like, do you like to get in the water with your watch? S3 won't do that safely. Look around.
