How do I get past this? I can't upload images from cloud (Google photos, Mega, etc). The three dots at the top right corner is no longer there.
Play Services is up to date.

Phone: Samsung S9 Plus SM-G965U
Android ver: 10

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify -- are you trying to upload images that are on the phone to a cloud storage like Google Photos or Mega? Or are you trying to download images from a cloud service to the phone?

Which app are you using in that screenshot?

This happens on Whatsapp and X (Twitter)

Not download per say. I want to automatically post a Whatsapp status or and an image to my post on X. This feature was available before but it's gone.

The first screenshot is what it's supposed to look like and the second one is the interface you get when you click on browser and then the hamburger icon on the top left20260123_002127.jpg20260123_001948.jpg

Thanks for the clarification. I can only test WhatsApp, since I don't use X. This is for version 2.26.2.72 on my Pixel 9 Pro XL. If I tap the Attach icon (looks like a paperclip), I see this:

Then tapping the Gallery icon gives me this:

Then tapping that folder icon at the lower right gives me the option to choose from my Google Photos. Do you see this at all?

Also, when I go to Settings>Apps, and look at WhatsApp's Permissions, it has permission for "Photos and videos" and "Contacts and accounts." Does yours have those permissions?

I'm not sure if it might be due to the fact that it's WhatsApp Business (instead of the mainstream WhatsApp), or if it might be something to do with your older version of Android. We can see if anyone else running Android 10 notices this as well. @mustang7757, any ideas?

I have regular WhatsApp and no X
Probably something to do with business WhatsApp
