Is pixel 3 low light performance is better than mate 20 pro low light shots, I've seen many reviewers are saying that mate 20 pro is best to take low light shots, Is it?

I don't have the Pro, but I do have the Mate 20 X.
It has the same camera setup as the Pro.
It takes very, very good low light shots. Best I've personally seen so far. However, I don't own a P3, and I'd be willing to bet that, however good my X's low light shots are, the P3's would most likely be a little better. Not by much, but better indeed.

I'm not sure under normal shooting but if we include Pixels Night Sight the Pixel should be better unless the Pro has a similar feature.

Separate camera. It doesn't take away the Note 9 camera. The version at the link above is the only one that worked on mine.

That can be if you already have one version you download , you need to delete that one then try again check in settings then apps see if a version is there then delete.. hope this helps
