Well he uses manual mode of 3T to manually take the best shot. Auto mode should be much worse, at least that is what I saw what people say. But OnePlus may be able to improve through software update, can it?

You can buy a OnePlus 3 and a compact pocket camera with 12x optical zoom and still have a few bucks left left over. If you need the best camera and best phone and don't want to carry two devices, you're going to pay for the privilege.

Is it just me or does anyone else think the 3T looks better.. the XL has too much red and also seems a little blurry and over-exposed when zoomed in on the stage.

In that video, the 3T wins IMO

Just ordered the 3t myself. My OP3 took excellent photos as well. My pixel was amazing. If the 3t is on par or better that really days something.

OP3 takes some great photos in perfect light. Not the quickest sensor though and my speedy kids often end up in a massive blur!

The pixel looks yellowish to me especially in the beginning when he first gets in the car. Also some of the scenes look blurry and hazy like when he was at the theater/play.

Photo quality and what 'looks good' is very subjective. Some people prefer to see a cooler blue tone to their pictures. Whereas some people love to have high amount of colour saturation to make the picture 'pop'

I think that if you own a OnePlus 3T I wouldn't spend the extra for the pixels camera. They both take really good photos. However, if I were to choose between the 2 as my first purchase. I would pic the Google Pixel.
