This is helping my battery life?

Hello, I ahve 4 mail accounts I need to review from my phone, but I don't need all of them updated instantly, if I change the settings to refresh the info (looking for new mail) every 15 or 30 min is better for the battery?

Whjat other suggestions do you have for mprove battery life aside from decrease the brightness?

If you have the option to set it to PUSH, that's the best option both battery-wise and functionally UNLESS you get a ton of e-mail throughout the day. If you don't use these accounts that often and you only want to see new e-mail when you open the app, don't set any time polling, just set it to Manually sync. That way when it only connects to it when you open the app and manually hit the refresh button.
