So the first note 3 i got from tmobile which was on the first day it came out october 1st i got home and noticed there were flaws around the camera area so went back got another came home saw a paint chip around the camera area went back got another and finally it was perfect till 2 days later i looked at my home button key and noticed it looked slightly crooked then with my finger i made it straight and i noticed it slightly moves then i decided to go back to the tmobile store and check out there working display and the workers note 3s and sure enough there home key button is doing the same thing so im like im not gonna do another exchange if they all are that way. Besides that i was putting on my screen protector and had a lamp light over my phone and noticed a really tiny chip in the chrome at the edge! I was thinking to just swap and get a white one instead cause i heard the white ones home button key was super solid and didn't move but i called tmobile store up and they said it would be a $50 restocking fee since im changing from black to white which is a bunch of bull otherwise love the phone and i hope the home key button doesn't end up coming off!

If you think your note 3 is flawless think again! Put your phone under a bright light and look around at the chrome and everywhere im sure u will spot something or check if your home key button moves a lil.

Maybe stop being so picky? It takes a lot of work to get these phones out for release day. The first few batches are always going to have a few issues before the manufacturing process becomes perfect.

But it's my precious and I don't really hold it under a light daily

Wow. You're extremely picky. Tiny little paint chip? Oh whoop-dee-doo.

And not one punctuation, lol

THE BEAST,,NOTE 3. SIZE IS EVERYTHING!!!

Sorry to say but my note 3 from T-Mobile is 100% flawless like the others said some of the 1st ones to come out could have some flaws and some won't. And why didn't you check out the Phone while you was at the store instead of waiting to check it out at home??????

Except that Samsung has released so many phones there ain't no way they give a damn ha ha. Pump em out for the masses ha ha. Made overseas en masse. Sorry, but yuck.

These phones are also tampered with at the stores for setup sometimes.

yea the button moves a little bit but its not hurtting anyone. I think you should stop being picky man. Ive had not had any issues....get insurance if anything major happens then it will get fixed....you have a computer in the palm of you hands this thing is a beast of a phone.

yea i was just saying man im paying $708 your damn right im gonna be picky but i do have insurance and jump so in 6 months i can jump to the s5 which should be out by then for now im not gonna trip over it and yes the phone is amazing i dont even wanna give it back haha

Hell no i hate apple!!!! but i know what u mean there phones always are flawless from what i heard.

Trip over it? Why would you? Seriously, these things you mention are ridiculously silly, especially for a phone you are getting the month of release. All Samsung phones are like this. At least my s3, note 2, and s4 have been. But you're buying a 708 dollar phone, not a 60,000 dollar corvette. All the phones I've gotten have had minor flaws to them, it could be a t mobile deal or something, but they are miniscule. This topic really grinds my gears! Oh and learn how to punctuate.

Always flawless?... Yeah... Apple phones have never had an issue once out of the box.....

Read news articles before assuming.. Apple had a huge issue with this in the past where they had white phones showing up with chips for many people (even review sites).

I'm having some of the same flaws and my camera piece under the glass part is croocked with some scratches on the chrome with a bump here and there. When you go exchange what did you say to them? Normally they look at my phone or exchange the Sim and say your phone is fine.
