This is not a question but a possible solution for NO USB DETECTION (ANDROID 7.0 OR HIGHER)

Hi everyone, I had this problem too with my galaxy a3 2016 (NO usb detection) and I tried nearly all solution available on the net like bad windows driver, install smart switch, trying original samsung USB cable, wipe cache, etc..except wiping out my phone. SO what I did, I decided to backup my contact list (and please note that this error is caused by the recent official android 7.0 update) so as to wipe out my phone and to do this you must enter settings, app, contacts, more settings,etc... and when doing this manipulation..boom!! my phone was detected by my pc, but I don't think it is a stable connection. But please post this everywhere people are having problem with their android phone (7.0 and above) and maybe by exploring all the settings of the phone with the USB cable connected it may solve this problem (maybe a bug).

go to playstore and download samsung sidesync. this will allow you to see the hd of the device properly on your pc. it installs the correct drivers. at least it worked for me.
