This is who I am

My name is Sagi and I am 41 years old.
I got a Hero h5500 phone (from China) running Android version of 4.0.3 and Kernel 3.0.13.
The phone is new and so do I in all of that.
So no. the phone isn't "rooted".

My problem is that in the play store I can't download most of the thing i want because "Your device isn't compatible with this version." so I am constantly looking for APK files and I do not really like it.

Where In this big big place I can ask for Help with out getting bombed with short three letters words that mean nothing to me like: LMT, DPI, LCD ROM

You see that message because the developer of the app probably needs features that your phone doesn't have. Have you tried searching Google Play store from your phone? There you can find only apps that are compatible for your phone. What is it that you want that you can't download. Can you give me an example?


Edit: I would suggest you post this question in the "General Help and How-to" sub-forum. There are a lot of people who can help you.

All the big ones.
a small list of apps will include: Waze, whatsapp, Fruit Ninja Free, Bad Piggies, Jetpack Joyride etc.
but when I download the apk file from somewhere in the web, the app works great.
on the play store web site, it read "This app is incompatible with your Pelephone Alps H5500", but I got hero h5500.

Welcome to AC!!

If your device isn't compatible, I don't know that there is anything you can do from within Play. If you are finding workarounds VIA APK, that seems like a viable solution. But, as annahid said, if you want more of the community to see your post, General Help and How To is a better place to post your question. This forum is really just for introducing yourself to the community.
